A Letter From The Proprietors
at Ballyroe Heights Hotel
Hello Everyone,
We hope you are all safe and well. It is wonderful, to have our doors open and to be able to welcome you all back here at the Ballyroe Heights Hotel once again. Thanks to the hard work and the many sacrifices made, by everyone in our community and in the country, we have been able to reopen, earlier than we all thought.
As your health and safety and that of our staff, is the top priority for us, we have made some changes, which may look and feel a little different, here in the hotel. Somethings however, will never change, such as the warmth of the welcome you will receive and the high quality of food and service delivered by our superb team, who are looking forward to taking care of you, once again.
We have all been on a journey, with many twists and turns, but the pandemic has shown us, that it is a journey, we must travel together. We can’t do this alone, as a person, as a business or indeed as a country. It’s been so heartwarming and humbling, to see so many people reaching out to other’s and being so willing to help. We all know, that this journey is not at an end and the threat of the virus, looms heavy over our heads. This virus has taken so much from us, so many families, have lost precious loved ones, some from Covid19 and many more from other unrelated causes, but who have suffered greatly, because of the restrictions imposed by the virus. So much suffering and grief, not to mention all the many other side effects this virus is having, on our emotional and physical health, as well as on the health of our economy. No one is immune to it’s effects, so much has been taken from the youngest to the oldest, let’s not let it take anymore. Yes, we are all tired, but we must not become complacent, we must remain steadfast in our care for each other, by continuing to abide by the guidelines the HSE and other Government bodies have given to us and by supporting our local and countrywide Irish Business and Tradespeople only then, will we begin to reap the benefits, of a return to a better quality of life for all.
To keep going in any aspect of life, one must have hope, hope that thing’s will get better, for our children, our grandchildren, our friends, our community, our country and for the world. So let’s continue to show, that spirit of the Irish, which we’re so admired and respected for throughout the world, and by shining that light of hope for one another, as we begin to look forward, to a better and brighter future.
As we look towards the future here at Ballyroe Heights Hotel, we do so, with deep gratitude in our hearts, for you, our wonderful customers. Thank you, for continuing to share in our journey and for being our ray of light and hope, on the road ahead.
God Bless You All,
John & Adrienne Collins
