Questions before you start your venue search
- Is the date free?
- Has the venue enough capacity to accommodate your guest list?
- Do you have a one wedding per day policy?
- Is there flexibility on your wedding packages?
- Are there different packages and themes for all seasons?
- Who from the hotel will actually be there on the day? Will they be there for the duration of the reception?
- Is there any wedding trends you are seeing emerging in terms of how couples are using the venue?
Don’t forget to have fun
You don’t want to take all the fun out of the wedding planning by getting hung up on the list. With all the organisation tools out there, it makes it very easy to be orgainsed, but I really do not want couples to become so wed to the details and their check-lists that they loose sight of the inspiration. ‘Do let yourself have fun’.

It is fine to copy an idea that reflects you, you can make even the small wedding details personal, things about your interest.
