Due to a change in Irish Marriage Law in 2007, civil ceremonies can now be conducted in venues other than churches or registry offices. Ballyroe Heights Hotel is delighted to be approved as a suitable venue to hold your civil marriage ceremony in Kerry. We have catered for numerous civil ceremonies including multi–cultural ceremonies, humanist ceremonies and civil partnership ceremonies.
The Gallery – your own private ceremony room, provides the perfect setting for you to take your vows, leaving you only steps away from your drinks reception and the rest of your special day. Our experienced team will assist you with the careful planning of all aspects of your wedding from the ceremony through to the celebrations afterwards in our Ballroom or Summit Restaurant.

Civil Partnerships and Commitment Ceremonies at Ballyroe Heights Hotel
Legislation was introduced in July 2010 to allow civil partnerships between gay couples. We are delighted this legislation came into effect on 01st January, 2011.
